Above are two links about ornaments and non harmony notes.
A point to clarify, for music scores that are written before 1800, if it contains a trill it is played by starting with a note above it. Music scores with trill after 1800 is however played starting on the given note itself. For further information, refer to attach website.
However, please bear in mind that theory is somewhat subjective at times. Therefore the interpretation of scores might differ according to the composer. .. and probably the conductor as well. =) |
